Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)

We offer medium term accommodation to participants living with multiple and complex need and with a previous or current history of contact with the criminal Justice system or at risk of contact with the criminal justice system.

The medium-term accommodation often serves as a transitional pathway to a forever home. We will build a team of support around your needs and your team will transition with you to your Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA) or to a more stable long-term option. We work closely with your support co-ordinator to find and offer you a long-term option suitable to your needs.

MH&R holdings works closely with a leading custom builder in Victoria and our partnership is offering suitable custom-built homes for NDIS participants with approved SDA funding.
